Work Out Programs


Beginner: Strength, flexibility, body control, awareness, and muscle memory are primary goals of the class for girls and boys wishing to master beginning tumbling. The curriculum starts from beginning exercises and progresses into front and back rolls, bridge-ups, handstands, and cartwheels.


Level 1: Tumble: For girls and boys wishing to master beginning tumbling. The curriculum starts from beginning exercises and progresses into cartwheels, round-offs, back walk-overs, front walk-overs, and beginning back handspring movements. 


Level 2: Tumble: For girls and boys who have mastered the basic movements, exercises, and strength required to start working on back handsprings. The curriculum begins with exercises for round-offs and back handsprings, and progresses into mastery of skills like standing back handspring, back handspring series, and connected running tumbling.


Level 3: Tumble: For girls and boys who have mastered a standing/running back handspring. The curriculum includes learning running tumbling above the series level, and learning/mastering standing back tucks.


All Boy Tumbling: This is a class for boys only, each separated by age groups. The curriculum is about mastering body control, awareness, strength, muscle memory and teaching basic tumbling skills.



Note: Progressions within classes can vary amongst individuals. Class curriculums are based upon the ability to execute a chosen skill.
